Our client wished to end their annual sales convention with a motivational activity which could actively involve more than 200 sales representatives.
We have designed for them a contest meant to prove the true value of their motto together everything is possible.
We have split the delegates into 20 teams who have gone through a number of practical activities using Pentathlon as a metaphor. Each activity had been designed to allow a very close link to the key competences required today to be a successful sales representative: be able to make company values alive, develop and demonstrate value based solutions for each customer, collaborate with both peers and customers to achieve results of mutual and long lasting satisfaction.
M&D recommends this approach to reinforce the launch of either products or business strategies, to foster union, to motivate and to drive action. The training element supported by smart fun makes the event memorable and helps delegates lower their natural barriers to change.
