M&D specializes in training and development. Our work as consultants is founded on previous work experience as managers for multinational companies.
We aim at filling the gap between managerial theory and the unique needs of each company.
Experiential training is our methodology of choice since it stimulates the innate human ability to ask oneself questions while seeking the meaning of things. We believe that being protagonist of training on a highly involved level and/or development programme is the most effective way to learn new things, new behaviors and new values.
Our objectives
- For our Clients: to be a value partner, able to understand their needs in order to design and deliver tailor made, action-oriented programmes;
- For the HR function: to contribute to the success of their projects through the choice of the most appropriate methodology;
- For the Community: to participate into the economic growth through the development of both people and companies.
We design and implement training and HR development projects in Italian as well as English.
We work everywhere in Italy and abroad and we have a Training Centre in Tuscany not far from Siena and Perugia.
M&D is ISO 9001:200 certified and our clients are welcome to review our quality manual.
Luca Malagrida
Trainer and HR consultant since 1990, Luca is involved in training programmes on management skills, sales skills, performance management, coaching. He has co-ordinated projects for the automotive, mass market, industrial and distribution sectors, both in Italy and abroad.
Maria Cristina Minotti
Strong in her working experience at P&G, Abbott Diagnostics and J&J, Cristina enjoys supporting people in coping with challenges regarding Leadership and Change management, Teambuilding and Teamwork, Coaching and Empowerment. Fluent in English, she also delivers training to international groups at all levels in commerce and industry.
Luigi Suriano
Luigi has worked for multinational companies in different countries and sectors: automotive, textile, food, press communication, professional sport, catering. He has gained extensive experience in the area of Mktg & Sales and as General manager (General Motors, Playtex International, Pubblicitas, SME-CIRIO food group). He likes projects on change management, team work, relational skills, business diversity. Luigi holds a Master in Industrial Administration.
Piero Tucci
Prior to establishing M&D in 1987, Piero has worked in the HR function at General Motors, Colgate and Playtex. He is engaged, with passion and curiosity, in the development of innovative training methodologies. Piero co-operates with the Faculty of Education ( Training Methodologies Professorship) at Roma Tre University of Rome.
