SKILLS ASSESSMENT - SMART CHECK
Smart Check is a simple, complete and customerizable tool which allows assessing and measuring both technical skills and soft skills. It provides with easy to read reports which can assist in individual feedback sessions.
Technical skills are assessed and measured through tests representative of the processes and/or tools of everyday use for the population under assessment.
Soft skills are assessed throught SJT method- Situational Judgement Tests. Several hypothetical situations at work are described and the choice amongst different possible behaviours is asked for each situation.
